WHY I BUILT THIS
I recovered from severe POTS. Here's what actually worked.
When I was at my worst, I couldn't walk to the end of my street without stopping to sit on the curb. I remember thinking this was just my life now.
Every doctor told me to rest. So I rested. And I got worse.
What nobody told me was that rest doesn't fix POTS. POTS is a blood volume and circulation problem. Your body has lost the ability to regulate blood flow when upright. The only thing that actually works is slowly, carefully reconditioning your body to handle being upright again.
I figured that out on my own. It took longer than it should have. I made mistakes. I crashed and had to start over. I did it without anyone who understood what I was going through.
I built POTS Recovery Club because I didn't want that for anyone else. The challenge is everything I wish I'd had — the protocol, the science, the community, and someone to ask when you're not sure.

What is the POTS Recovery Challenge?
An 11-week cohort program. You start together. Move through it together.
Week by week
11 modules released week by week. Physical reconditioning, nervous system, food, mindset, flares, and more. You never fall behind because we move together.
Your track, your pace
Track A for people starting from bedbound. Track B for functional but crashing. Track C for active but symptomatic. You pick your track. You can switch anytime.
With people who get it
Weekly live calls, girls night monthly, parents and family monthly live, walking challenge streams. A community of people at every stage of recovery.
Which track are you?
Pick your starting point. Switch anytime.
Mostly horizontal or bedbound
We start from bed-based exercises. Week 1 is ankle pumps, leg raises, and breathing twice a day. That's it. Intentionally easy. Your nervous system needs to learn movement is safe.
Functional but crashing after activity
You can do things but you pay for it later. Your protocol starts slightly higher and progresses around your crash pattern.
Active but struggling with symptoms
You're pushing through but symptomatic. Your track is built around reducing symptoms while maintaining function.
