The recovery system

Six layers.
One direction.

Recovery is rarely linear, but it has shape. This is the structure underneath everything we build β€” used in every book, taught in the Club.

01β†—

Understand symptoms

Translate sensations into signal. Track what your body is actually doing.

02β†—

Stabilize routines

Hydration, sodium, sleep, meds β€” the boring fundamentals, made effortless.

03β†—

Rebuild conditioning

Recumbent to upright protocols, paced so the system doesn't rebel.

04β†—

Reduce fear response

Calm the nervous system so symptoms stop feeling like emergencies.

05β†—

Regain confidence

Small wins, repeated. Trust returns one ordinary day at a time.

06β†—

Create consistency

A system that holds β€” even on the hard weeks.

About

Hi, I'm Molly.

I'm 25, and I lived with POTS for years before I knew what it was β€” racing heart, dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, and a lot of being told it was nothing.

Once I had a name for it, I rebuilt from the ground up: paced fitness, slow reconditioning, and teaching my body how to feel safe being upright again. It worked.

POTS Recovery Club is the community I wish I'd had at the start.
