Bold, strange, sometimes uncomfortable graphics about what living with POTS actually feels like β the fainting, the brain fog, the gaslighting, the 3pm crashes. Not educational. Not pretty. Built to make people stop scrolling and finally feel seen.

Founder
Molly Β· 25 Β· recovering, in public.
I'm 25, and I lived with POTS for years before I knew what it was β racing heart, dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, and a lot of being told it was nothing.
Once I had a name for it, I rebuilt from the ground up: paced fitness, slow reconditioning, and teaching my body how to feel safe being upright again. It worked.
POTS Recovery Club is the community I wish I'd had at the start.
Recovery doesn't always look dramatic. Often it looks like an afternoon that didn't unravel, a walk you stopped negotiating with yourself about, a body that simply got out of the way.
